If you’re looking for a stylish eatery in Chancery Lane for an evening with friends or colleagues, make a beeline for Clifford’s Restaurant and Bar on Fetter Lane. Established in 2018 by a team that loves to create a warm atmosphere for all who enter, at Clifford’s you can expect a contemporary setting with a warmly curated menu for every occasion.

Central to the inviting dining room stands a beautiful bar, perfect for sipping back on Negronis and Margaritas alike. The curved posers and wooden table tops and chairs add to the warm ambience while you browse through the delicious menu.

The kitchen team combines the finest British ingredients with a respect for Italian traditions resulting in a rich selection of classics. Opt for starters of Nduja croquettes and full-flavoured mushroom arancini before indulging in hearty mains such as their chicken Milanese or chicken and bacon Caesar salad.

Beneath the exposed brick, diners can tuck into their signature pizzas, topped with all the classics and proudly alongside the best bar snacks available. Pizza mongers can't go wrong with a classic Margherita or with an authentic Mortadella and Burrata, preferably washed down with a guiding sipper.

Finish with a dessert du jour and prepare for some excellent post-dinner cocktail situations. Well-executed with all kinds of classics available to sip on, don't shy away from the bar once the plates have cleared.

If you’re looking for a restaurant with that little something special, Clifford’s isn’t just a Lane to wander; it’s your destination, too.
