CA Japanese Pancakes Victoria is a bright, buzzy brunch spot in central London, known for its iconic Japanese soufflé pancakes, and the best part: our pancakes are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, without compromising on flavour, lift, or that signature jiggle.

The menu balances sweet and savoury with a playful Japanese twist. Expect cloud-light stacks finished with seasonal creams and toppings, from caramelised brûlée-style favourites to rich coffee creations, plus savoury soufflé pancakes layered with smoked salmon, avocado and perfectly cooked eggs. Beyond pancakes, you’ll find brunch classics done properly, including croissant-based egg dishes and colourful takes on Eggs Royale.

Whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, or simply chasing the fluffiest pancakes in London, this is a relaxed, feel-good place where everything looks amazing and tastes even better.
