The Thai Restaurant brings a contemporary Thai heartbeat to vibrant Shawlands, Glasgow.

Warm, welcoming and scented with the hum of exotic spices, it's as fitting for a quick, taste-packed lunch as it is for a celebratory dinner. Friendly service and a relaxed buzz make it a natural choice for catch-ups with friends, family gatherings or a low-lit date night.

In the kitchen, tradition meets a confident modern touch. Aromatic broths such as tom yum and tom kha set the tone, while pad Thai arrives with that signature balance of sweet, sour and crunch. Grills and wok-fried favourites follow suit - think weeping tiger beef glossed with tamarind, or chicken and cashew nuts with jasmine rice.

Meanwhile, salads like Thai beef salad and laab gai bring bright herbs and heat, while basil fried rice adds a fragrant lift. There's plenty of room for little diners too. To finish, sticky toffee pudding offers indulgent comfort, while a burnt cheesecake with mango coulis nods to the kitchen's playful side.

Committed to sustainability, the team champions fresh, locally sourced ingredients and eco‑friendly practices, without compromising on bold Thai flavour.

Drop by for a midweek treat or linger for a special occasion. Book your spot and let the chilli, lime and laughter do the talking!
