Zibibbo

Located in the vibrant courtyard of Glasgow’s iconic Princes Square, Zibibbo – the newest addition from the team behind Ralph & Finns, Vroni’s Wine Bar, and Malo – opened its doors late last year, bringing an exciting new dining experience to the heart of the city.

Named after the Zibibbo grape, a variety known for its rich, aromatic wines, Zibibbo showcases an extensive wine list, including a broad selection of champagnes available by the glass and bottle.

Open daily, the venue offers a casual yet refined all-day dining experience with a menu featuring small and large plates designed to cater to all tastes and occasions.

Head chef Nick Rietz prides himself on using local Scottish produce where available to cook a versatile & vibrant menu that has a Mediterranean influence. From elegant small plates & snacks to heartier main dishes.

Zibibbo features a showstopping tiled bar with a stylish mix of metal and wood finishes complemented by elegant design touches. Zibibbo will exude a contemporary aesthetic that flows throughout the restaurant, including the mezzanine, private dining room & courtyard dining set in the middle of the stylish Princes Square.
