Moss is a unique farm-to-table restaurant that connects the dots from source to plate by growing and raising produce on its very own organic farm in Angus.

Every detail of Moss is taken directly from the land itself, in fact, every aspect of the restaurant is intertwined with its environment to give diners an immersive experience of the surrounding countryside. From tables crafted from farm wood to ceramics formed using farm soil and paint mixed from its ash, this Stockbridge gem oozes authenticity.

Moss is a playful celebration of seasonal Scottish produce. The menu surprises and shifts with the seasons, but you can always expect curious twists on some of your favourite dishes. The current seasonal menu features seafood-forward starters like a rich smoked trout mousse or a crispy tempura Cumbrae oyster served with a charred halibut head emulsion.

For the stars of the meal, try the tender smoked venison on honeyberry, served with potatoes, white carrot, and a Douglas fir pyu-re. Moss also serves a smoky, flaky BBQ sea trout, complete with a crumpet, watercress, and a dollop of crème fraîche. This is food like you've never seen, or tasted, before.
