Located in the historic heart of Edinburgh, Holyrood 9A offers a warm and cosy bar to call your own in the middle of the city.

This friendly spot strikes the perfect balance, quiet and welcoming during the week, then lively and buzzing late into the night on weekends. Holyrood 9A combines traditional charm with a relaxed, contemporary feel.

In the evening, tuck into classics and sharing plates like chorizo Scotch eggs with chipotle sauce or haggis bon bons with Moonwake beer mayo; perfect for sharing, which is what Holyrood 9A is all about.

Then treat yourself (and the rest of the table) to Holyrood’s selection of gourmet burgers, from a steak burger with black pudding and blue cheese to the Italienne, stacked with mozzarella, sun-blush tomato, and pesto mayo. Trust us, you don’t want to miss it.

Just make sure you’ve saved room for pudding. Holyrood 9A’s homemade sticky toffee pudding is a must-try: rich, indulgent, and absolutely worth it.

Head down to Holyrood 9A and be welcomed with open arms, a roaring fire, and outstanding service. You deserve it.
