Badger & Co. is a Wind in the Willows-inspired restaurant tucked right in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre. Set among the historic charm of the Old Town, the front terrace boasts spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle and the iconic Grassmarket. For something a little quicker — but no less satisfying — the breakfast ‘croll’ delivers. This toasted croissant roll comes piled high with hearty fillings like beef sausage, black pudding, or hot smoked salmon. For a lighter, sweeter start, the granola bowl blends creamy yoghurt, homemade fruit compote, and fresh Scottish berries into one vibrant, spoonable delight.
