Chef Gethin Rees has more than 16 years of experience in hospitality. His cooking is characterised by his adventurous approach to seasonal ingredients as well as imaginative reimaginings of local favourites, such as a Welsh beef burger finished with rarebit.

Enjoy beautifully-presented sharing platters, hearty meat dishes and fresh seafood, as well as gourmet versions of all your comfort favourites, including steak and fish and chips. From the marinated rabbit leg to red pepper gnocchi, there’s something to delight all palates.

The drinks list also has a local flavour, with wines from Glyndwr vineyard in Cowbridge and a selection of craft beers.
