A one-of-a-kind restaurant that is a product of friendship and love for good food, Poco Tapas Bar is championing local produce in one of the city's most beautiful venues.

For 14 years now, they've occupied a street corner in Stokes Croft and made their name through their incredible food, awesome vibes, and homemade approach that fills the venue with charm and personality. Even walking by on a weekday evening, you'll be drawn in by Poco's eclectic, European vibe that seats remote workers next to the windows, much-needed catch-ups at intimate tables, and long lunchers near the quaint bar. It simply beams an independent spirit and has won a place in locals' hearts.

Poco's hyper-local approach to food and cooking is ever-present. All dishes are composed of ingredients sourced from regional suppliers and then transformed into best-of-Bristol tapas. You can be sure that all their meat and fish have been sustainably sourced, from the whole Stream Farm trout to the Failand Fallow venison.

The same applies to their meat-free options that bring together roast beetroot with ricotta, savoy cabbage with brown butter and confit leek with hazelnuts. As for dessert, Bristol comes up sweet with caramelised apple beignets and a brown butter rum cake. Experience the tasty side of Brizzle!
