The food that always guarantees a blissful state of Zen, get your slurp on with some authentic Japanese ramen that will coddle and nourish you with meaty broths, fresh noodles and aromatic additions.

Just like the ramen bars in Japan, Ramen Zen is designed for the people. Where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are with no need for pretentions, this eatery is just happy to see you, seat you at an informal bistro or bar table, and serve you a piping hot bowl of goodness. Ramen Zen encapsulates the whole culture around this lip smacking dish.

As for the ramen itself, you have five to choose from, each of which has its own unique character. From the texture-tastic chicken katsu ramen to the fishy seafood ramen and yasai ramen that's brimming with crispy tempura, this is your chance to discover a new favourite!

And that's not all. Their other mains explore the vast breadth of Japanese cuisine with unagi (eel) donburi, a trio of katsu curries, various fried noodles, and delicious takoyaki balls to enjoy alongside. Washed down with an Okinawa draft beer or a cheeky glass of Sake, and you're living the everyday Japanese experience right here in Horfield.
