Absolutely fantastic evening spent here! I took my friend for dinner here as a birthday treat, she’s a veggie and a picky eater so I wanted her to have plenty of options to choose from and this place was a big win! They don’t offer mains just small plates which lead us to have a great feast which worked really great. (Big shout out to the Mac and cheese balls and the risotto) Alcohol isn’t included with first table which is perfectly reasonable and their cocktails were exceptional! (Massive shout out to Lipstick at Dawn) It’s also 241 on cocktails (different times on different days) so long story short we paid almost the same on alcohol as we did the food. Last but not least the service was fantastic, smiles all around and our waitress (unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was blonde) was an absolute gem, really helpful and really friendly, we loved her! My friend felt spoilt and I’m already planning on a second outing here. :)

Took my mum here when she came to visit me. We both had a fantastic time here, we got 3 small plates each which were all amazing and good sized portions. The truffle and Parmesan chips are a must if you’re a truffle lover. The decor and ambiance is much nice than the pictures and the background music was exactly what I like. Service was fab. Highly recommend.

The customer service was great, but the restuarant could do with an extra member of staff as they seemed overworked. They did forget to put through my order and only realised about 45-60 mins later. They did make up for this by giving the 4 of us a free round of drinks.

Most of the food dishes were nice. We had the arancini, ham hock croquette and focaccia to start - they were all nice, although the rasberry vinegar wasn't to my liking.

The hanger steak was not as nice as I expected and was not pink, as I had asked for. The sliders trio was really nice as were the wings and hand cut chips.

Really lovely service and great food. We sat outside in the sunshine with a gin. Ideal.

So happy we used First Table! We chose a lovely Thursday evening to go to Brace and Browns on Whiteladies Road for some tapas and cocktails and we weren't disappointed! I sometimes worry that service can be slow or food lacking in quality when using any sort of voucher or discount but this was far from the truth. The staff could not have been more helpful in helping us choose our dishes (such great choices on the menu) and made us feel really welcome! The food itself was delicious and the portion sizes much bigger than normal tapas dishes - with a 50% discount on top, we left feeling happy and very full. Cocktails were great too, we managed to get there for Happy Hour so 2 for 1 and prosecco glasses were £3.50 all evening. One happy customer for sure. Thanks First Table and Brace and Browns for a great night. Will be using again asap!

The staff were excellent - it was quiet so we got to stay until 8 and weren’t rushed st all. The food was amazing. We had cod, trio of burgers, cured duck, goats cheese and some cauliflower baijis. Cocktails were 2 for 1 before 7. Would highly recommend

Absolutely excellent experience! We were a party of 2 and were seated immediately as soon as we arrived, the food was ready very quickly and everything we had was delightful! If I had to pick a dish to recommend, I'd definitely advise you to try the cured duck - I've never had anything quite like it!
