Experience the Spirit of China in Brighton at Shaanxi

Shaanxi has arrived in the heart of Brighton, bringing the bold and authentic flavours of China to Preston Street. True to its name, Shaanxi serves up mouth-watering bowls of hand-pulled noodles, made fresh before your eyes. But these aren’t just any noodles—each dish is a masterpiece, packed with rich flavours and traditional Chinese ingredients that will take your taste buds on a journey.

The team of expert noodle chefs craft every dish with care, serving up generous portions of freshly made pasta with a variety of toppings. From the iconic Biang Biang noodles to hearty beef noodle soup, every bite delivers an authentic taste of China. Don’t miss their handmade dumplings, a firm favourite, perfect as a starter or side dish.

Take a front-row seat and watch as chefs skilfully pull and stretch the legendary Biang Biang noodles—a signature dish from China’s Shaanxi region. With over half of the menu offering vegan-friendly options, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a meat lover, vegetarian, or vegan.

Customise your spice level to suit your taste, from no spice to extra spicy—choose from five spice tiers to find your perfect match.

Shaanxi is more than just a noodle bar; it’s a true taste of China’s culinary heritage, right here on Brighton’s vibrant south coast. Forget the tourist traps—this is the real deal.
