Welcome to The Big Bowl,a true taste of Vietnam in the heart of Brighton City Centre.

As one of the first Vietnamese restaurants in Brighton offering the real deal, The Big Bowl proudly sources its ingredients directly from Vietnam, using only the freshest and most authentic produce.

At The Big Bowl, quality and flavour come first. They believe great ingredients are the heart of every meal, no tricks, no gimmicks, just honest, delicious food rooted in tradition. With recipes passed down through generations, their secret to long queues and happy diners is simple: what you see is what you get. Pure perfection.

Kick off your Vietnamese adventure with one of their famous summer rolls, packed with fresh herbs, salad, and vermicelli noodles. Fillings range from chicken, pork and beef to shrimp and vegetables. Or, if you can’t resist the sweet garlic soy wings, crack into a bowl of those first, you know you want to.

Their pho selection is equally tempting, flat rice noodles served in a 16-hour aromatic beef broth, topped with your choice of protein from slow-cooked beef to king prawn and tofu. Craving something richer? Try one of their hearty curry rice dishes, made creamy with sweet potato and your choice of chicken, tofu, or king prawn.

So go on, grab a table at The Big Bowl. It’s Vietnamese cuisine done right, right here in the heart of Brighton.
