Halisco Too brings a bright slice of Mexico to Brighton City Centre, tucked into lively Preston Street.

Owned and operated by brothers Ali and Mo, it is a spirited homage to family, flavour, and community, where the social rhythm of sharing sets the tone from the first greeting to the last bite.

Casual and convivial, Halisco Too is made for grazing, chatting, and lingering as plates circulate and aromas curl through the room.

Taking cues from the bustle of Mexican street food, the kitchen works with seasonal ingredients to create small plates and burritos that balance freshness with fire.

A bowl of guacamole sets an easy pace, while burrata is given an unexpected twist with caramelised apple and jalapeño granita, a cool, piquant counterpoint to rich cream.

Deeper flavours arrive with al pastor octopus brightened by pineapple salsa, and crispy chicken wings glossed in Oaxacan mole and sesame.

The Burritos are hearty and delicious, two favourites really stand out: beef birria with crispy onions and crema, or crispy sea bass lifted by chipotle mayo and burnt corn.
