The Coconut Island is a unique restaurant in Brighton that offers an immersive experience inspired by the street food culture of Sri Lanka.

Upon entering, guests are immediately enveloped in enticing aromas, vibrant beats, and the sound of shaking cocktails. Coconut Island is designed to awaken the senses and create an unforgettable dining experience.

The restaurant's menu features a variety of Sri Lankan dishes, expertly prepared using authentic ingredients and techniques. On the menu, guests will find a selection of delicious curries, including creamy cashew curry and aromatic dhal. The kothu section offers flavourful and filling dishes, such as beef kothu and chicken kothu. If you're a fan of fried rice, don't miss their egg fried rice or chicken fried rice. For something a little different, try the be-root special, a shredded beetroot dish, or the hot buttered prawns, lightly battered and seasoned.

No meal at The Coconut Island is complete without trying one of their signature cocktails. From the arrack attack, a blend of arrack, triple sec, lime, and ginger, to the peacock, a mix of tropical arrack, coconut rum, and lemon, their cocktails are as vibrant and exciting as the atmosphere.

Whether you're looking for a unique dining experience or simply a lively spot to enjoy delicious food and cocktails, The Coconut Island is the perfect place. Transport yourself to the vibrant streets of Sri Lanka and awaken your senses at this unforgettable restaurant.
