Overlooking the canal in the heart of the Mailbox, Zizzi Birmingham Mailbox offers an inviting space to pause between shopping, sightseeing and dining out. Just a short walk from New Street Station and Grand Central, with indoor seating and waterside tables, it combines a lively city-centre location with a laid-back atmosphere.

Meals begin with dishes designed for sharing and easy conversation. Garlic bread, burrata and calamari sit alongside lighter bites and seasonal specials, making them just as suited to a quick lunch as a leisurely midday treat. The selection balances familiar favourites with contemporary touches, creating a relaxed approach to Italian-inspired cuisine.

Main courses introduce plenty of variety. Rustica pizzas remain a popular choice, while truffle carbonara and lasagne bring comforting flavours alongside fresh salads, risottos and vegan options.

For a sweet finale, gelato and desserts like tiramisu are available - the choice feels broad without being complicated, making it easy to decide according to the occasion.

Whether it’s a shopping break after exploring the Mailbox and Grand Central or a casual lunch by the canal, the restaurant fits naturally into the day!
