Introducing Bazar, a one-of-a-kind restaurant that takes Persian and Lebanese cuisine to a whole new level.

Found in elegant surroundings within Harvey Nichols at The Mailbox Birmingham, this foodie hotspot brings together centuries of culinary artistry with contemporary food fashion. As a result, Bazar’s menu is as visually stunning as it is delicious.

Those popping in for an all-day brunch are in store for such mouth-watering delights as the Bazar Sojok scramble, consisting of spicy lamb sausage, tomatoes, parsley and lemon juice, all served on sourdough toast. Other dishes include Shakshuka (poached eggs in spiced tomato and pepper sauce) and several manakish flatbreads from the oven. There’s plenty here to suit every taste bud and brunch craving.

Switching up its offering come dinnertime, Bazar presents small plates such as Lebanese hummus and smoked baba ganoush, before moving on to large choices such as spiced lamb tagine, stuffed red pepper and Moussaka Batijnan - a deliciously cheesy baked aubergine casserole.

To check out this groundbreaking Birmingham newbie, make a reservation and prepare to be seriously wowed by the culinary team’s creativity. It’s like a trip back in time to ancient Persia and Lebanon but with all-immersive and utterly contemporary vibes.
