Spingere brings a quietly confident slice of Italian soul to Edgbaston. It's the work of two friends whose earliest lessons came from a grandmother’s stove, where recipes were judged by occhio - by eye - and food was treated as love, discipline and memory. Years cooking alongside celebrated chefs then honed that intuition into precision, turning inherited wisdom into measured craft.

On the plate, Italian inspiration is threaded through contemporary technique. The cooking favours clarity of flavour, clean lines and an attention to detail that lets fine ingredients speak.

There's warmth and generosity at its core, yet a considered restraint that keeps each element in balance. Expect familiar comforts reframed with polish rather than pomp, the kind of dishes that feel both immediate and memorable.

The room mirrors the approach: stylish yet welcoming, elegant but relaxed. Quick, friendly service adds an easy rhythm, whether it's a leisurely lunch, a spontaneous dinner or a special occasion worth lingering over.

Spingere is a place to settle in, savour the craft, and let time slow. Book a table, bring an appetite and let the dining nudge forward most deliciously!
