dinner

In the heart of Brindleyplace, Panko & Sushi glows with Neo-Tokyo-inspired lighting, setting a futuristic, vibrant tone from the first step inside. It's an energetic space that suits spontaneous suppers as much as planned nights out.

On the plate, Japan takes the lead with comforting bowls of ramen - think chilli chicken or deeply savoury pork tonkotsu - alongside crisp katsu and glossy teriyaki. Small plates such as takoyaki and prawn katsu make easy openers before pillowy bao buns stuffed with chicken karaage or pork char siu.

Noodles twist through chilli udon and yakisoba, poke bowls keep things bright with teriyaki chicken or salmon, while uramaki rolls and playful sushi tacos add a modern flourish. For a cheeky side, messy chips topped with spicy mayo and crispy shallots deliver a satisfying crunch.

Settle in for a casual catch-up or make it the main event - either way, flavour takes centre stage at Panko & Sushi. Pull up a chair, follow the glow, and let dinner roll!
