Franco Manca Bath celebrates the simple pleasures of Italian dining, with sourdough pizza at the heart. The focus is on straightforward, ingredient-led cooking, from ripe tomatoes to creamy cheeses and dough with character.

Begin with an Aperol Spritz or Negroni alongside antipasti of grilled artichoke, butternut squash, Kalamata olives and semi-dried tomatoes, served with Franco’s Grana sourdough. Burrata and a rustic charcuterie selection add generosity, with Italian wines and No Logo lager to match.

Pizzas stay true to the essentials, from a margherita to prosciutto and funghi, while bright salads add freshness. Basil pesto or a touch of Scotch bonnet chilli lifts the flavours. Desserts include affogato or Amarena cheesecake.

Perfect for unhurried meals and good company, it is a place to relax, savour each slice, and let the sourdough do the talking.
