An excellent choice for vegan and vegetarian diners, Acorn has won multiple awards for its creative plant-based food. Incredible ingredients from local artisans are prepared with skill and served from the heart. Expect contemporary dining and fine wines in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The seasonal menu typically includes mouth-watering starters like oven roasted Jerusalem artichokes with toasted sunflower seed butter and main courses like butternut squash terrine and charred leeks with smoked potato brik pastry. Vegans finally have a dessert menu to rave about too, with plentiful dairy-free sweet treats. Impeccably presented, each dish has been carefully matched with excellent wines from around the world.

This modern restaurant is in the heart of one of Bath’s most historic locations and set across two floors of a stunning Georgian building with panoramic views of Bath Abbey. Rated by The Evening Standard as one of the UK’s best vegan restaurants, Acorn won’t disappoint.

Flawless! We had the tasting menu and five wine flight. Every single element was incredible. Genuinely the best dinner I have ever had (vegan or not!).
Great atmosphere and brilliant attentive yet relaxed service. I would 100% recommend to any foodie especially anyone who thinks they wouldn't enjoy a vegan dinner as Acorn will prove you wrong!

Lovely evening, delicious and interesting food. Not a vegetarian and nor is my husband but this would definitely tempt us to go that way!

As usual - a perfect meal. A great combination of ingredients, imaginatively put together and tasting delicious. The strawberries and cream were a special delight. And the service was quick and efficient with lots of detail about the dishes. Lovely!

WOW! Acorn literally made me the BEST meal I have ever had in my entire life. It was visually beautiful, and the flavours were just sensational. Each course was perfect, (we ordered 3), even down to the complimentary amuse-bouche. My partner is a meat eater and he was more than satisfied, saying himself that he'd never eaten better. It is now officially my favourite restaurant in Bath, and I just can't wait to go back! Thank you very much Acorn!

The food at acorn was divine! Every course was delicious, the attention to detail is incredible and all of the flavours perfectly matched. The restaurant has a lovely airy light feel and the staff were really attentive. A complete bargain on first table! We will be going back for sure!

The food of course was amazing using fresh ingredients to produce fab courses but what impressed us the most were the staff whose accommodating and friendly nature created a great dining experience.

We were the First table and we had the most amazing food, served swiftly and with enthusiasm by the waitress. At first glance the plate didn't look as if it would satisfy my appetite, but looks are deceptive and both my friend and I came away with happy and very satisfied tummies. The added extras of some sourdough bread with olive oil and a seed mix and an amuse bouche just add to the excellent meal and service. The dessert was just a dream of chocolate and coffee. All in all everything I would expect from a very special restaurant and more ..

The restaurant had a lovely ambience, service was great, but wow, the food was absolutely stunning. I like vegetarian food but had never been to a veggie restaurant before. And using this deal meant I could persuade my husband to go! The food was seriously good and took vegetarian cooking to a completely different level.

We came in from Bristol and it was definitely worth getting stuck in traffic for! Had been waiting around 2 years since the first time I heard of the place to actually find a way to be able to eat here. Thanks to first table we were able to try everything, starters, mains and desserts. Seriously the best meal we have ever had. I don’t even understand how they have managed to cook some of these vegetables, I have honestly never tasted anything like this. Every single little item, even the breads and appetiser were bursting with flavour. They have a good selection of wines and it is a really nicely decorated restaurant, very cute. I feel like whatever you eat, even if you are not vegan/vegetarian, you should still eat here just so you can have your mind blown like “damn why would I ever want to eat meat again when plants taste this good?!”. I seriously cannot wait to eat here again!
