The seasonal menu typically includes mouth-watering starters like oven roasted Jerusalem artichokes with toasted sunflower seed butter and main courses like butternut squash terrine and charred leeks with smoked potato brik pastry. Vegans finally have a dessert menu to rave about too, with plentiful dairy-free sweet treats. Impeccably presented, each dish has been carefully matched with excellent wines from around the world.
