All the magical, foggy mystique of 19th-century Japan meets modern gastronomy for a dining experience that will really blow you away.
103 Parkway, one of the most unique offerings in the borough of Camden, is setting out to amaze. They've allowed the intricacy and sophistication to inspire their entire restaurant concept. High-end materials like marble and slate have created a lean and streamlined aesthetic that is complimented by the simplicity of monochromatic furniture and naked lightbulbs. It remains, however, based on the joy of community and gives diners a flavour of authentic eateries in Japan.
So, to begin, you are invited to a range of hot and cold starters that gently nudge the appetite in the right direction. From refreshing salads bursting with avocado, Kyoto cucumber and spinach to miso soup, tuna tartare, sashimi and carpaccio, there's plenty to keep you here a good few hours.
Moving on and the rolls, nigiri and maki reveal themselves, bringing forth neat rectangles of rice topped with melt-in-the-mouth salmon, scallops and bluefin tuna. At the same time, dragon, California and the signature Parkway rolls make for tasty companions. And if it's something warm and comforting, look no further than a fillet of miso salmon, an army of gyoza or kimchi fried rice.
