Cuisine: Asian, Indian
Price Point: Mains from £10-£20

When it opened its doors in 1984 Laguna was one of the only fine dining Indian restaurants in the UK and it has remained at the forefront of this field ever since.

Today, snowy white linen and furnishing upholstered in red fabric create an elegant, upscale atmosphere that lends itself to a party, although it’s still relaxed enough that the clientele is often made up of locals catching up over a few beers and a hearty curry.

Menus draw inspiration from throughout northern India and it’s quite the culinary journey. Chatpatti chilli gobhi sees crispy cauliflower florets cooked in Indo-Oriental spices, while fresh tilapia is gently charcoaled over an open fire and offset by a cooling salad.

Unusually for an Indian restaurant equal attention is given to desserts and the result is a colourful education in sweets from the subcontinent. Gulab jamun are delicious dumplings sticky with cardamom but be sure to leave room for the malaiwalli kulfi, velvety ice cream garnished with pistachios and delicate rose petal sauce.

I took my parents to this wonderful Indian restaurant in Ealing.
The food was delicious you could taste the authenticity of the spices. We had three course meal. Loved the vegetable korma as my main and the avocado fried balls as my starter.
Overall the place was lively being a Sunday. Service was good considering they were very busy and the staff were very helpful.
Would go back in the near future.

Laguna staff were very welcoming and the Indian food was delicious!

We tried three mains and dessert and thoroughly enjoyed all of the dishes we tried. My favourite was the trio of kulfi which was an exciting experience for me to taste all the different flavours. This restaurant has made it to my list of restaurants to return to when travelling to the UK.

The food at Laguna is exceptional - this is not your standard curry house! The restaurant offers a buffet deal on Sundays so it was very busy and we felt a bit rushed in ordering our food. Otherwise a very enjoyable evening and I highly recommend Laguna. It is without doubt the best Indian restaurant in Ealing and I am delighted to see it on First Table.

What a great Indian restaurant. On such a hot evening the air conditioning was perfect.

There was a good variety on the menu. The dishes we chose were all tasty and very different in taste. I can't choose which I would recommend as they were all delicious.

The waiters were all very attentive and 'smiley'.

We will definitely be back soon.

A cosy lunch close to Ealing Broadway. Tasteful decor, great service and most importantly, excellent food. We ordered several dishes and all of them were cooked perfectly. Staff were always on hand to help and nothing was too much for them. We will be back for sure!

Tasty food, our favourite dishes were the prawn korma and the saag palak paneer! Very hospitable service. Casual neighborhood vibe but good value for money!
