Specialising in all things marinated and meatilicious, Chicago Rib Shack bring the most mouthwatering ribs, burgers and wings to your table.
All their ribs are rubbed down with a unique blend of herbs and spices (which gives the signature flavour), and then smoked for at least 8 hours over applewood logs. A secret glaze is added as a final touch.
From St Louis ribs (juicy and smoky) to their beef rib (tender and weighty), you’ll be spoilt for choice on the menu. They also serve a range of burgers, wings, salads and steak, plus vegetarian options and tantalising small plates.
Established in 1982 by Bob Payton (from Chicago), this smokehouse and restaurant has become renowned for serving up the best ribs and BBQ meats in London.
