Feeling brave? Begin with a plate of Burgundy snails drenched in garlic butter or keep it simple with some sourdough bread with fresh courgette, tomato and goats cheese. Or really push the boat out with their quack burger, a mini duck confit in a bun that'll get everyone talking.

For mains, choose from a comforting range of dishes fresh from the cocotte, like poulet basquaise, tartiflette de savoie and a gooey risotto with tangy cherry tomatoes and comté cheese. There's also a duck aguillette and tuna steak for the meat and fish lovers, as well as some suitably luxurious sides. Truffle mash anyone?
