Cuisine: Burgers, Pizza
Price Point: Mains from £10-£20

With pizzas and burgers galore, Franco’s has opened its doors in what used to be The Kelbourne Saint.

Bold, copper pipes and wooden furniture makes it feel like you’ve walked straight into a microbrewery. With the addition of twinkly lights, a smart bar, a slick dining area and best of all, a dartboard and pinball machine, Franco’s has a rustic, yet modern feel.

Serving everyone’s go-to comfort food, the menu is stuffed with pizzas and burgers that have that Franco’s twist. Go rogue with pizza toppings! Will it be maple bacon with pineapple (it works!) or fennel sausage and jalapenos? If you can’t decide between burger and pizza, the Pizza Crunch burger is worth a munch and their classic hotdog never disappoints.

Wash it all down with their selection of West Brewery Ales and lagers. It’s all simple pleasures at this eatery and what’s more, it’s dog friendly! Bring your pooch along for a relaxed evening with friends.

From the moment we arrived the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Lovely bar with a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately due to the football in the morning the kitchen had run out of a few items but the staff were upfront about this and made every effort to find alternatives. The food was really good from both the main menu and the kids menu and I had some amazing cocktails as well. We will definitely go again.
