Aptly named after Robert Hall, a famous competitor in eating contests near the establishment, Rab Ha’s serves to please any appetite, no matter how big.
Its interior is wonderfully warm and rustic. The sturdy wooden tables and chairs are matched by brown barstools and wooden panelling throughout whilst the exposed brickwork and old fireplace give it that cosy feel. Frequently playing host for gigs and theatre shows also means it has an unbeatable atmosphere.
The family-run establishment serves up hearty, home favourites that cater for meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans. Tuck into a big plate of fish and chips, homemade steak pie or some traditional Scottish Haggis. There’s vegetarian Haggis too, as well as creamy macaroni cheese and vegetable chilli.
Then, indulge at the bar with their selection of popular bottled and draught beers, including the all-time favourites, Belhaven Best and Tennents Lager. Too full for beer? We don’t blame you! That’s what their extensive gin and rum selection are for.
