Cancellation Policy

We understand that you can't always make your First Table booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to encourage you to make your cancellation sooner rather than later to give the restaurant enough time to get a replacement First Table booking.

Please note, cash refunds are not available. Credit will be stored on your First Table account for you to use on a future booking.

Cancel within 60 minutes of making your reservation

Made a mistake? No problem. Cancel within 60 minutes of making your reservation and get a 100% refund on your booking fee as credit on your account.

Cancel any day before the date of your reservation

Cancel any day before the date of your reservation and you'll get a 50% refund on your booking fee as credit on your account. If we're able to find someone else to book your spot, we'll automatically credit you the rest, too!

Cancel on the day of your reservation

No credit is offered for cancellations made on the day of the reservation. But, if we're able to find someone else to book your spot, we'll automatically credit you your full booking fee as credit on your account.

Cancel a Reservation

Visit your reservations admin to cancel your reservation. Please note, cash refunds are not available, the credit will be stored on your First Table account.
