At Hugo’s, everything is made fresh and onsite. Led by Head Chef Cesar, the team start early in preparation, baking focaccia bread, making seasonal soups and much more. No two visits are the same, as the menu and specials board changes each week.

Renowned for their wholesome food, they serve British cuisine to delight all palates (with vegetarian and gluten-free options). Popping in for breakfast? Their morning menu is served until 4pm and offers scrumptious classics like the organic eggs benedict.

For dinner, try the signature Hugo burger (made with grass-fed Scottish beef), or tuck into the popular lamb shanks and rosemary mash. Using the finest ingredients and local produce, Hugo’s is proud to serve food of uncompromising quality.
