The highly acclaimed bar at VOCs takes inspiration from travel and exploration, themes which are prevalent in the décor and across the menu. Sip your cocktail injected with spice route flavours amongst the books and globes which adorn the venue.
The small plates are small in size but big in flavour. Choose from a wide range of dishes selected ‘From the Sea’, ‘From the Land’ and ‘From the Field’. Dive into the seafood delicacies like Panay Fish Balls and melt-in-the-mouth seabass. Mix and match with the chicken lollipops and beef skewers and cleanse the palette with a salt beetroot carpaccio.
With an extensive drinks menu, brimming with wines and craft beers, the jewel in VOC’s crown is their cocktails. Each cocktail is inspired from a century’s old recipe and barrel aged to ensure taste like no other. With flavours like wasabi, tobacco liquor and pickled plum, they really pack a punch.
VOC boasts a semi-private restaurant, nuzzled behind the bar which can accommodate up to 60 people which offers a more substantial dining experience. Parties are welcome.
